This policy explains what information Relyn Labs collects from providers and visitors who use this site and service, how it's used, and what choices you have. It applies to relynlabs.com and any related services operated by Relyn Labs.
Information We Collect
When you submit the Request Access form, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, business email, company name, and industry, along with a phone number if you choose to provide one.
If you become a Relyn Labs customer, we additionally collect information related to your use of the service, including account details, purchase and delivery history for leads, and any status you report on delivered leads (such as contacted, won, or lost).
We may also collect basic technical and usage data automatically through standard analytics tools — such as pages visited, general location (city/region level), device type, and referral source — to understand how the site is used.
How We Use Information
- To respond to access requests and set up provider accounts
- To deliver leads, process purchases, and communicate about your account
- To operate lead quality scoring and improve the accuracy of that scoring over time
- To understand overall site and service usage so we can improve it
- To meet legal, security, and fraud-prevention obligations
Transaction Data & Aggregation
As part of operating the service, Relyn Labs may aggregate transaction and lead-performance data — such as conversion rates, response times, and pricing patterns — across many providers. Where this data is used for benchmarking, scoring, or resold as market insight, it is anonymized so that it cannot reasonably be tied back to an individual provider or business. We do not sell personally identifiable information.
