Relyn Labs ("Relyn Labs," "we," "us," or "our") is a business-to-business (B2B) lead generation service. We find business leads and deliver them to the service providers who buy them from us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to relynlabs.com (the "Site") and the lead generation service we provide (the "Service").
By using the Site or submitting information to us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
Information You Submit Through Our Form
When you submit the Get Connected form on the Site, we collect the information you enter: your name, business email address, company name, industry, and, if you choose to provide it, your phone number.
Please note: any information you submit through the Site is stored in our records. By submitting the form, you agree that Relyn Labs may contact you by email or phone, using the details you provided, about your request, our lead generation service, pricing, and setting up your account. Providing a phone number is optional. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time (see "Your Choices" below).
Information About Customers
If you become a customer, we also keep the information needed to provide the Service and bill you, such as your contact details, the industry and volume tier you selected, the leads delivered to you, and your payment and billing records. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by us.
Business Contact Information in the Leads We Deliver
To generate leads, we collect business contact information, such as names, job titles, company names, business email addresses, business phone numbers, and business locations, from publicly available sources, business directories, and other lawful sources. We deliver this information to our customers so they can contact potential clients for business purposes.
If you believe your business contact information is included in our leads and you would like it removed, email us at access@relynlabs.com and we will remove it from future deliveries. We cannot recall information already delivered to a customer before your request.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring website, and approximate location (city or region). We use this information to operate and secure the Site, prevent spam and abuse of our form, and understand how the Site is used.
How We Use Information
- To respond to your form submission and contact you about our service
- To set up your account and deliver the leads you purchase
- To bill you and keep financial records
- To generate and deliver business leads to our customers
- To operate, maintain, and secure the Site and the Service, including preventing spam and fraud

- With our customers: business contact information contained in the leads we generate is delivered to the customers who purchase those leads. This is the core of our Service.

- Stop contacting me: reply to any email asking us to stop, tell us on a call, or email access@relynlabs.com.
- Access, correction, or deletion: you may ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to any legal obligation to keep certain records.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. We will honor those rights as required by law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
Children's Privacy
The Site and Service are intended for businesses and are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

The Site may contain links to websites we do not operate. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site or Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
