Who This Is For
Relyn Labs is a business-to-business (B2B) lead generation service. It is intended for use by businesses and service providers acquiring leads for commercial purposes — not by individual consumers.
What We Provide
Relyn Labs delivers leads generated across a limited set of B2B service industries, priced according to volume tiers. Access to leads, pricing, and available industries may change over time as the service develops.
What We're Not Promising
We do not guarantee that any lead will convert into a customer or sale. Lead quality scoring reflects our best available data at the time of delivery, not a guarantee of outcome. Any dispute, credit, or refund policy for lead quality will be provided separately and is subject to its own terms.
Accounts & Access
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
Payment & Pricing Tiers
Pricing tiers are based on lead volume and are subject to change with reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after a pricing change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: reselling leads outside the terms provided to you, attempting to access data outside your account's authorization, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.
Third-Party Integrations
If you connect a third-party tool (such as a CRM) to your account, that connection is subject to the third party's own terms as well as ours. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services you choose to connect.
Data & Aggregation
Use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how transaction and performance data may be aggregated and anonymized for benchmarking and reporting purposes.
Intellectual Property
The Relyn Labs name, branding, and any technology we develop are the property of Relyn Labs. Nothing in these terms grants you rights to our intellectual property beyond what's needed to use the service as intended.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service and site are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relyn Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue or business opportunities.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service for violations of these terms or for any reason with reasonable notice, except where immediate action is necessary to protect the service or other users.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
